Star Mares 1.2.22: Zoom Zoom

Yes, I drive a Mazda.

In retrospect, I kind of wish I'd stayed on Moontear for a few more pages before splitting the party.  She hadn't really developed her personality at this point, so these lines seem kind of forced.  At this point she represents the common Star Wars EU perspective that had Tarkin survived Yavin, the Emperor would have been mightily displeased with him for blowing up Alderaan (which is not actually very likely - the whole reason Tarkin was put in charge of the Death Star was because he had no compunction against doing things like that).

Fortunately, she gets more development later on.  She's my second-favorite to write for now (after Spring Clean), although not my favorite to actually pose and place due to all the accoutrements of her flight suit.
